A tribute to Surf & Turf, we unite land and sea in a new product on the market. Our burger is made of with pea protein and enriched with legumes and cereals. In addition, we add 10% of macroalgae (Himanthalia elongata, Palmaria palmata, Ulva lactuca) and a small percentage of microalgae Chlorella sorokiniana, which is a superfood in itself, being a source of protein, B12 and very rich in amino acids.
We use vegetable juice concentrates (beetroot, carrot) to give the colour and supplement with iron and B12 so you have nothing to envy a beef burger.
This is an easy way to introduce more seaweed into our diet, a high protein source that not only helps our health, but also that of the planet. Algae are the true lungs of our world.
In frying pan: add a drizzle of oil and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
