We have managed to create a shrimp with the same texture and flavour without having to harm either the marine ecosystem or your body. Forget about uric acid, shellfish allergies (or any allergens) or heavy metals such as cadmium or mercury.
It is a low-fat food, high in calcium (plant based) and OMEGA 3 from algae (schizochytrium).
We use a rice base which we colour with paprika.
In fryer: soak for 2 min in oil at 180ºC.
