The first 100% plant based Ibérico prawn. We have managed to create a prawn with the same texture and flavour without having to harm either the marine ecosystem or your body. Forget about uric acid, allergies to molluscs (or any allergens) or heavy metals such as Cadmium or mercury.
It is a low-fat food (hypocaloric), high in calcium (plant based) and OMEGA 3 from algae (schizohytrium).
We use a rice base which is coloured with paprika.
Frying pan: add a drizzle of oil and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
